The team was incredibly friendly and approachable throughout. Booking and arrangements were made easy thanks to Marcelo and Veronika.
We had a lot of hands-on experience that day, performing botulinum toxin treatments and treating lips, cheeks, and nasolabial folds on both female and male patients.
My trainer was Nurse Julie Scott, and I couldn’t have asked for a better one! Her warmth, expertise, and attention to detail were truly exceptional. She empowered, supported, and guided us throughout the training, offering corrections when needed.
The theoretical part of the course, delivered by Mr James Olding, was fantastic - comprehensive and thoroughly explained. Probably the only e-learning I’ve ever enjoyed!
